Do you need an accountant?
We welcome the opportunity to speak with you to see if we are a good mutual fit. We work on an apoointment basis, so please follow these next steps to schedule an appointment.
Here is what our introduction and onboarding process looks like.
1) You reach out to us. Go ahead and click on the 'Contact Us' link on our website and fill out as much detail as possible. Once you do this, go ahead and click on the 'Appointments' link on our website to schedule a new client introductory call.
2) We respond via email confirming our meeting. We may also send you a few questions depending on your situation to help us better prepare for your introductory call.
3) Introductory meeting. We get to know each other and talk about your financial needs and objectives. Business owners and real estate investors can expect to take up to 30 minutes while non-business owners or investors generally spend less time.
4) Due diligence time. At this time we will review your previous year tax return and, if you are a business owner, also review your current financial statements to gain a better understanding of the nature and status of your tax and accounting needs.
5) Followup call and engagement letter. Time to have another call to talk about what services are to be provided and an estimate of fees. Once we talk, an engagement letter detailing the scope of agreed upon services and fees will be provided. This provides transparency and accountability for all parties. Once you review and sign the letter you become a client.
That's it. Welcome aboard. The process is straightforward, fully remote, and setup in a way that makes your onboarding process easy.
